Base Construction
Foundation Work: Begin by preparing the detritus and earth undercourse. Fit the embedded parts precisely into the base space.
Thread Protection: Crucial Step: Protect the top 12cm of the hook screws with scotch tape to prevent concrete from contaminating the threads.
Precision Leveling: Use a gradienter (leveling tool) to ensure the base is extremely flat.
Finalizing: Complete the base with high-quality concrete to provide a permanent, stable foundation.

Professional Trunk Mounting& Hoisting
Safe Crane Lifting: A crane is necessary for the safe installation of large trunks. Due to the weight and height of large outdoor trees, a crane must be used to lift and stand the trunk upright safely.
Aligned Mounting: Carefully align the tree’s base plate with the embedded parts and tighten the bolts securely.
Heavy-Duty Anchoring: Use four 20mm sleeve anchors to tight the trunk to the ground, ensuring it remains secure in all conditions.
Intelligent Branch & Leaf Assembly
-
Smart Sorting: Organize your leaves before you start. You should have:
2.8m: 6 pieces (Top layer)
3.2m & 3.7m: 18 pieces (Middle & Bottom layers) - Top-to-Bottom Efficiency: Always install leaves from the top stipe moving downwards. This ensures the crown develops naturally without interference.
- Natural Layers: Place the shorter leaves on top and the longest leaves at the base to mimic real growth.
- Flexible Styling: Each leaf has a flexible core. Bend and adjust the angles after mounting to achieve your desired lushness.
Other Trees Installation
- Matching Logic: Find the first letter and number on the trunk branch.
- Code Correspondence: Locate the same code on the trunk stipe or carton (ctn) to find the correct placement.
- Seamless Assembly: Install the right branch into the matching stipe according to the identical number.
- Final Adjusting: Manually shape the leaves once all branches are securely matched.
