HelioLeaf™ UV stability

We issue a written guarantee certificate with each HelioLeaf™ order. If foliage shows significant visible colour degradation within 10 years of installation under normal outdoor conditions, contact us with photographs and installation details. We will assess the claim and, if valid, replace the affected products. The guarantee covers colour degradation caused by UV exposure — not physical damage, vandalism or extreme weather events beyond UV radiation.
HelioLeaf™ UV stabilisation is designed for outdoor environments. Indoor products do not require UV stability — they receive no direct solar UV exposure. For indoor trees and foliage where fire-retardant certification is required, use PyroLeaf™ instead. For covered outdoor environments requiring both fire and UV performance, selected models offer PyroLeaf™ + HelioLeaf™ dual specification.
Core OT series models (OT-01 through OT-04) are in batch production with low minimum order quantities — suitable for small terrace installations as well as large resort projects. Yes — large feature trees (LF series) with HelioLeaf™ UV stability are available through our Bespoke service. Submit a brief with height, species and installation location and we'll confirm feasibility and pricing. LF-03 (Phoenix Palm 6–12m) and LF-07 (Banyan Outdoor 6–15m) are the most commonly specified large HelioLeaf™ commissions.
Both HelioLeaf™ and UVSilx address the same problem — UV-induced colour degradation in outdoor artificial foliage. Key differences: HelioLeaf™ carries a written 10-year colour guarantee; UVSilx describes colourfast performance but does not publish a written guarantee of equivalent duration. HelioLeaf™ is in batch production with low MOQ; UVSilx availability and ordering terms vary by distributor. HelioLeaf™ can be combined with PyroLeaf™ for dual indoor/outdoor specification — no equivalent dual-system is available through UVSilx.
