Is there a minimum order for bespoke trees? +
No minimum. We regularly manufacture single trees for hotel lobbies and signature installations. Pricing for single units is naturally higher per piece than batch orders — we'll provide full pricing in the proposal.
What is the difference between PyroLeaf™ and sprayed FR products? +
PyroLeaf™ uses inherently fire-retardant materials — the FR properties are integrated into the fibres during manufacture, not applied as a coating afterwards. This means the certification is permanent and does not require annual re-treatment. Sprayed FR coatings degrade over time and require periodic re-application to maintain compliance.
Can large trees be installed through standard doors and lifts? +
Yes. All trees above approximately 3m are designed with sectional construction — the trunk, canopy and root base are manufactured as separable components that assemble on-site. We design the sectional points based on your access route dimensions, which you provide in the brief.
How accurate is the 3D render you provide? +
The render is produced to scale using the dimensions of your space. It shows the species, height, trunk configuration and canopy spread as they will appear in the finished installation. Colour and texture are indicative — we recommend reviewing physical samples for colour approval before production begins.
Do you provide installation support? +
Installation support is available on request and quoted separately. Most clients use their own on-site teams — we provide detailed assembly instructions, sectional diagrams and a pre-shipment video showing the fully assembled tree. For complex engineering (aerial roots, LED integration, structural floor fixings), on-site support is strongly recommended.
What certifications do you hold for fire-retardant products? +
PyroLeaf™ products are tested and certified to BS 5852, EN 1021-1, DIN 4102, and NFPA 701 depending on the specific product and destination market. Certificate documents are available for download on the PyroLeaf™ system page, or we can provide specific certificates with your order.
Can we see a physical sample before committing to a large order? +
Yes. We can produce a foliage sample or a small-scale trunk section for colour and texture approval. Sample costs are typically credited against the order. For clients visiting our Shenzhen showroom, all major tree species are displayed at full scale — we recommend a visit for large commissions.
Is DDP delivery really included? What does that mean in practice? +
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we handle all export documentation, freight, customs clearance and import duties to your delivery address. You receive a single price that includes everything — no hidden freight or customs surprises on arrival. We ship to over 60 countries and have established freight partnerships in Europe, the Middle East, East Asia, and the Americas.
